The two most common fears I help people with are fear of public speaking and fear of flying.

A fear of public speaking can hold back your career and cause many a sleepless night.

A fear of flying can get in the way of fun and holidays and even effect your family.

Both fears can usually be alleviated with 2  sessions (the exception to this is if the fears are actually symptoms of much deeper underlying anxieties--in which case more sessions may be needed).

During the first 2 hour session we investigate the origins, use some hypnosis and NLP and usually make a significant impact on the problem. During the second 60 minute session we reinforce our initial work.

The 2 hour session costs €130 and the 1 hour session costs €75.
For clients travelling far we can combine this into 1 3 hour session.

Case Study--Fear of Public Speaking

XXXX, a lady in her early 30's worked for a high tech company and was destined for rapid promotion. However, her fear of public speaking prevented her from making presentations to senior managers and clients. She said she would literally shake if asked to make a presentation. She was even thinking of quitting her job.

By the end of the first session, during which we had mainly used NLP techniques, not only was she feeling comfortable about the idea of giving presentations, but she was actually looking forward to it. When she returned for her next session she told me she had given 3 presentations almost without anxiety and she had been promoted. The last I heard she was giving 2 or 3 presentations a week and loving it.

Case Study--Fear of Flying No 1

MMMM, a man in his late 40's, desperately wanted to be able to fly overseas on holiday with his wife and 2 children, but for reasons unknown to him, hadn't been able to board an aeroplane for nearly 10 years.  There didn't appear to be any major underlying cause other than a fear of losing control, so we proceeded with a 2 session approach. At the end of the first session he was able to imagine himself in an aeroplane, and though he still had some concern, said he would book a flight. In the follow up session he told me that the phobia was 90% gone and by the end of that session he felt confident to fly--which he now does regularly without any fear.

Case Study--Fear of Flying No 2

XXX was a lady in her mid 20's who developed a fear of flying 2 years earlier and said she really missed going to far away places. During our initial investigate I was convinced there were deeper issues, especially as she said she often felt a sense of claustrophobia. Some repression work took her back to her traumatic birth and cleared some very long standing issues. In the second session we used NLP and suggestion therapy and with some hesitation she said she thought she would be OK flying. I next heard from 3 months later and she reported that flying was easy and numerous other problems including IBS had disappeared too.
